Open the reviewed signature lesson

The accepted signature lesson creates its own project card. A separate self-created card cannot replace inspected source.

2. Document your evidence

Save as often as you need. Submission stays locked while it is reviewed. If revision is requested, you can improve the project and start the next numbered attempt.

List the HTML/CSS files and the main page features you built.
What did you actually test? Explain an evidence-supported repair or a justified no-change decision, and any remaining limit.
Confirm that you removed private information, secrets, and unsafe links.
Record keyboard, headings, labels, image text alternatives, contrast, and zoom checks that apply.
Name sources, assets, help, templates, or AI tools used—and what you personally checked.
Explain how the HTML structure and CSS choices create the finished page.
